Cad Cam Method

This technique has these steps:

1- If we have the 2d plan, the 3d one will be made by special softwares.
2- If we don’t have the 2d plan, the 3d one will be made by DIGIT and CMM methods and special softwares.
3- Making AS CAST file.
4- Simulating using casting simulators(Procast,Sutcast)
5- Designing the model of muscles and runner system and power source.
6- Machining the form of unality
7- Casting the form by aluminum, cast iron, steel.
8- CNC machining the casted forms
9- Making it the right size
10- Making it the exact form and shape and montage.
